Company Overview

Established in 1995, our company has strategically positioned itself in eleven major regional centres in Western Australia and now boasts 14 branch office locations state-wide. Originating in Albany, with the training of unemployed job seekers, Skill Hire is one of the largest employers of building and construction apprentices in W.A.

Skill Hire’s multiple revenue streams make Skill Hire the most diverse human resources company in Australia. We are a leading group training company, have a strong presence in the labour hire market, offer fee for service recruitment, provide nationally accredited training through our own Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Regional Training Services, operate Indigenous programs on behalf of the Government, deliver contract services to State and Federal Governments in a range of sectors and most recently have been awarded significant contracts to become a member of the new Federal Government’s Employment Services Job Network system throughout regional Western Australia.

The company employs approximately 120 staff to deliver its range of employment and training services.

Our corporate structure includes a Board of Directors, Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, executive and management groups along with office, field and administration staff.
