Employer Broker Panel Member
Skill Hire has become a member of the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations’ Employer Broker Panel. This role is to engage with employers in a skill or labour shortage industry to broker solutions that meet employers’ needs and co-ordinate and target the efforts of Employment Service providers to matching the needs of job seekers with the labour requirements of employers. As an Employer Broker panel member, we assist National Employers to manage their recruitment needs, including a strong emphasis on increasing their employment of Indigenous Australians.
