Indigenous Apprenticeships
Skill Hire is proud of our success with Indigenous trainees and apprentices. Since 1998 we have employed 404 Indigenous trainees and apprentices through our Group Training division. Currently we employ 80 Indigenous people or 11% of our workforce across a range of industries. We provide a high level of mentoring support and pastoral care and we are ensure that the needs of both employers and apprentices are well managed.
