Vocational Preparation Training in Remote Communities
Skill Hire has recently implemented some vocational preparation training in remote communities specifically designed for Indigenous people. The course, Budda Jitja, was developed through Right Course and Skill Hire has been delivering the online training program with the assistance of mentors in each of these communities. Participants learn how to prepare for work; budget their money; communicate in the workplace and gain good skills to assist them to prepare for employment.
