Company Values

People first

Our entire company exists for, and revolves around people. With this in mind, we never lose sight of what is most important: always looking after, and putting people first whilst partnering with them to build win-win situations.

Driven by real outcomes

We’re passionate about and motivated by the impact we can make through the work we do, and in everything we do, whether big or small. We are a team that has a genuine drive and focus on achieving real, sustainable outcomes for our clients.

Good service never goes out of style

For over 20 years we’ve stayed true to our belief in delivering the highest quality of service, underpinned by good old-fashioned values like doing right by people, keeping our word and going that little bit further to help people out.

The entrepreneurial spirit is always welcome

Started by three entrepreneurial minds, we know that we wouldn’t be the company we are today without the entrepreneurial spirit being ever-present, and we’re passionate about inviting every member of our team to embrace it.

Connecting people, business, and community

As a relationship-based company, we thrive on being a facilitator between those in our local community, and we’re always looking for ways in which we can assist those around us in building better outcomes and opportunities.

  • Students from Kalamunda participated in the Try-A-Trade at Skill Hire. They were excited to have the opportunity to experience a work place where they were supported to gain knowledge as well as work in a collegiate atmosphere. It was a great learning experience.

  • The year 11 and 12 students have loved the three day course in the Trade Centre.

  • Working with Skill Hire was an absolute joy! Our students enjoyed an unsurpassed opportunity to learn and develop skills that supported their career aspirations. Trainer, Wayne Sutherland managed a full team of 15 students with ease and aplomb! The opportunity to engage with on-site works meant that our students have now had a real experience of these trades and feel more confident in their ability to succeed. A few students are keen to continue their trade studies with Skillhire and we wish them all the very best. Thankyou so much for the opportunity to take part in Try-A-Trade and SOP

  • All students enjoyed their time at Skill Hire very much. Students were excited to see the end result, but were just as excited to demolish it!
