As the employment provider to this small business, we were able to lay out the pathway which has resulted in success for both the employer, Aussie Moto Engineering and their employee, Travis. After speaking to our staff about needing to employ a motorcycle mechanic trade assistant with the potential to become an apprenticeship, it was realised that Aussie Moto’s location was more suited to the Youth Jobs PaTH program where they were eligible for an internship.
