Maintenance Mechanical Fitters - PERM

Skill Hire are working in conjunction with a leading food processing company based in Osborne Park. Due to a surge in growth, they are currently seeking Mechanical Fitters to assist with maintenance within their processing plant. 

This is a 24/7 operation, and you will be required to work a rotating roster (Days, Afternoon & Nightshift). This is a Monday to Friday role (with optional Saturday's which is paid at double time all day!).

Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment is highly desirable – you will be responsible for attending breakdowns and preventative maintenance in the plant.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Trade Certificate
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transport
  • Prior knowledge and experience of repairing, fitting and assembling engineering components 
  • Able to perform levelling and alignment of machines and equipment
  • Experience maintaining hydraulic system components
  • Knowledge of HACCP ( Food Safety System )
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Full adherence of safety policies and procedures
WHATS ON OFFER?

  • Monday - Friday roster, Saturdays optional.
