Support Worker

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Your role will be to provide meaningful support to improving the lives of people in your community.  Including following established care plans that involve medication administration, personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance and social support.  You have the ability to work independently whilst having an exceptionally supportive team available at all times.

You will have the ability to help change the lives of others, working to support those in the community to remain independent.


Essential Skills

  • The ability to work independently and within a team
  • The ability to effectively communicate to a diverse range of people / ethnicity / age
  • Reliable, practical and able to maintain a safe and high standard of practice
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable, registerd and insured vehicle
  • The ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • All Covid Vaccinations

Desirable

  • Previous experience working in a similar environment
  • Good communication skills 
  • Current Police Clearance
  • A current Provide First Aid Certificate
