LMS Support Officer
Our Client located in Osborne Park provides full pit-to-port solutions within the mining sector.
They are now looking for a Learning Management System Support officer. This role will be responsible for supporting the optimisation of the LMS - including supporting the management of the technical aspects of the LMS to ensure it functions efficiently, delivering a seamless learning experience to their workforce.
The support officer will also be accountable for supporting the coordination and maintaining learning data across multiple platforms to meet compliance, report and recording requirements.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
- Immediate start
- 8 days on/6 days off (Wednesday is the handover/start day of the roster)
- Osborne Park location
- Initial 6 month contract, with potential scope to continue
DUTIES:
- Provide helpdesk/generalist user support to students in relation to LMS.
- Contribute to user friendly design to ensure program accuracy
- Support the management of course maintenance, learning pathways and user data.
- Publish, test and allocate new learning modules
- Troubleshoot system errors and implement solutions
- Support the implementation of content governance policies, support regular content audits and ensure alighnment with organisational goals
- Support development and maintenance of a range of improvement processes.
CAPABILITY:
- Tertiary qualification in IT, HR, or similar business-related discipline (Desirable)
- Knowledge and skills in Learning Management System Reporting
- High Level of Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using a Learning Management System platform, HRIS, or similar system knowledge
- Advanced level of skill in the use of Microsoft office and Adobe
- Excellent communication, negotiating and problem-solving skills
