52824WA Certificate II in Building and Construction (Pathway-Trades) VET Delivered to Secondary School Students program allows participants to complete units of competency and receive a nationally recognised qualification. Courses are delivered to year 11 and 12 high school students giving the participants the opportunity to combine the vocational pathway whilst still studying towards their Western Australian Certificate of Education.

Course structure

Students participate in the program one day a week throughout the duration of two school years (years 11 and 12). Year 11 students will undertake basic core units and year 12 students can choose trade specific units of either bricklaying and blocklaying or carpentry and joinery.

$3000 ($1500 per year)
